My little baby is going to be 3 on the 21st Nov. How time flies.
I have been pretty lazy documenting her development this year .... *ooops* bad mummy!!
i am so grateful that she's such a cheery gal. as she grows older, she's "braver" ... when we are in church, she likes to go round shaking everybody's hands (when the pastor asks us too) and she loves it when uncles and aunties talk to her and take the time and effort to play with her. i can tell that she loves the interaction.
she's quite sensitive i think. not sure if it's a 2-3 year old phase or what, but she gets upset when i am upset with her and she will always go "mummy please don't be angry". when things don't go her way, her first reaction is to cry and whine and seek my help. during such times, i wish she will be a lil' more independent ... guess i will have to guide her in this area -- to let her understand that there are more than 1 way to getting things done.
she loves to make up songs these days to sing. it can be a combination of english/chinese/dutch. i believe that when she's spoken to in dutch, she understands, just that she's not able to reply in dutch yet. hopefully next year, when i increase the number of times she goes to school, that may help.
there are just so many things happening @ the same time with her ..... that it's kind of difficult to put them into words after such a long break. i have to remind myself to be more diligent blogging about her growing up. it's nice to look back and see how she's grown.
